Our company conducts "hot forging" tailored for small to medium quantities. We accommodate long items, with forging possible up to a total length of 650 mm for friction press and up to 1500 mm for electric upsetters. Hot forging for manufacturing special bolts and gear blanks is a processing technology suitable for small quantities of various types. Founded in 1914, our headquarters is located in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, and our factory is in Tamba-Sasayama City, Hyogo Prefecture. We have obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and are an inspection factory for the Japan Water Works Association.
