Our company has established a system that allows us to carry out everything from mold design and processing to parts molding consistently within our own factory. Primarily, we use aluminum materials (YH75 - hardness comparable to steel) instead of steel for mold materials, adopting simple molds and cassette molds. Additionally, for areas that typically require a sliding structure, we employ a fixed insert method.
