This is a manual (semi-automatic) press dedicated model. It comes as a set with the main unit, one sensor, and cables, allowing inspection to start without any additional parts. We offer two types of sensors as standard: one that is screw-mounted to the housing and another that is sandwiched onto the base plate. Equipped with an auto mode based on years of experience, it automatically follows various terminals and wires. With optional features, it is also possible to fix the waveform capture position and conduct inspections at specific points. The reference measurement requires a minimum of two (up to five) wires, making it suitable for small lot production. Detection stability can be displayed for each tolerance, assisting in the selection of the most suitable tolerance. It also helps in improvements aimed at increasing this stability. This contributes to monitoring efforts to achieve "good products come from a good environment."

Applications/Examples of results
We have numerous implementation records for domestic press maker semi-automatic crimping machines, including strip crimpers, as well as overseas semi-automatic crimping machines. By maintaining a constant detection start timing and cycle timing, there is a possibility that the detection time can be repurposed for other processing as long as it is within 500 msec.
