We received a message from a major food factory in Kansai stating that they are "looking for a neutralization device for CIP wastewater discharged from a newly established factory." Due to the complexity of the control, we proposed using a sequencer (touch panel). They appreciated that we could handle the entire construction, leading to our adoption. If neutralization does not occur for any reason, they cannot stop the equipment line. Therefore, considering all possibilities, we designed a flow that returns to the raw water tank if the average value of the two electrodes installed in the discharge tank is NG. Additionally, during the construction phase, we held discussions from the foundation design stage and worked with the user on the buried pipes from the raw water tank (concrete pit). The person in charge evaluated us by saying, "It was great to have a sales representative with technical skills whom we could entrust everything to."
