Additionally, production performance was only aggregated daily using Excel, which sometimes resulted in discovering the production numbers fell short of the planned numbers only the next day. ■Challenges - Wanted to visualize the operational data of manufacturing equipment aggregated in the host computer in real-time. - Production performance values could only be aggregated daily using Excel. ■Effects - Developed a dashboard displaying production plans and actual performance in a Gantt chart within half a day. - Instantly notified operators of manufacturing equipment requiring intervention through a "red" signal on the dashboard. - Enabled real-time verification of actual performance numbers against planned figures for each manufacturing device, leading to improvements in equipment utilization rates.
