The "IPG205X/IPG208X" is a unit designed for the IPG3000 or IPG2000 shelves, serving as an SDI-10GbE Ethernet converter equipped with both uncompressed and compressed systems for base stations. It features an implementation of a compression system with encoding capabilities for monitoring, compressing the input SDI signal's video using TICO, and converting it into a TS signal along with audio (uncompressed) and ancillary data, which is then multiplexed and converted into an IP stream for 10GbE output.
