This is a micro pump capable of delivering low-flow drug solutions such as insulin. Depending on the application, you can choose from four different basic structures. All types have disposable parts that come into contact with the drug solution. The main feature is the ability to provide a feedback system combined with a flow meter that can measure in microliter units. This is suitable for high-precision delivery management and for detecting delivery anomalies. Customization for flow rate and other parameters is possible for all types. 【Four Basic Structures】 1. Tube Pump (Peristaltic Pump) Simple structure. Controls the amount of drug solution based on the motor's rotation speed. No free flow. 2. Piezoelectric Diaphragm Pump Slim, low power consumption. Wide range of flow control. 3. Electroosmotic Drive Micro Syringe Pump Micro syringe can be used directly for drug solution storage. Extremely low power consumption. High discharge pressure. 4. Shape Memory Alloy Driven Quantitative Discharge Pump The entire pump body is fully disposable. Slim and extremely lightweight.

It is thin and lightweight. 【Electroosmotic Flow Driven Micro Syringe Pump】 This pump uses a small special pump called an electroosmotic flow pump in the drive unit to extrude the drug solution stored in the micro syringe at an extremely low speed without pulsation. 【Shape Memory Alloy Driven Quantitative Discharge Pump】 This pump discharges approximately 0.9 μL of drug solution per cycle through the contraction of shape memory alloy wire. It is the most affordable among the four types.
