Applications/Examples of results
By making the wheel tread surfaces of the running rails and cross rails out of stainless steel (SUS), and converting the wheels to stainless steel, MC nylon, and urethane, we prevent the falling of debris such as peeling iron powder that occurred with conventional cranes. Additionally, by installing stainless steel dust pans on the hoist and saddle, we can capture dust. Using stainless steel hooks reduces the risk of paint peeling, rust, and falling iron powder that occurs with standard hooks during lifting operations.
