DSI molding

"DSI molding" is a new molding technology for injection molding hollow bodies and laminated structures. Using a mold with two types of cavities, (1) Form the primary side ⇒ (2) Die slide from the primary cavity on the fixed side to the secondary cavity ⇒ (3) Form and remove the secondary side ⇒ (4) Die slide from the secondary cavity on the fixed side back to the primary cavity These steps are repeated in one cycle.
