You requested a component for a pen that allows the ink flow and output to vary according to writing pressure and speed, specifically a pressure spring. Since the shape and design of the pen were already determined at the manufacturing stage, we focused on the pressure mechanism. We held detailed discussions with the developer regarding quenching temperatures, number of coils, and load, and proposed a design that minimizes changes in force from the beginning to the end of pen use. For the thin linear components that are difficult to heat treat, we prepared a dedicated quenching furnace and case, and made adjustments to the finishing process.
