This is a device that can generate a hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas simply by injecting purified water. It allows for the safe and cost-effective generation of gas in the factory in compliance with international standards. 1. Cost reduction without the need for gas cylinders There is no longer a need to purchase gas cylinders, which have been a significant burden. As a result, the running costs can be reduced to about 1/20th of what they were. *Based on using 50NL/min of gas 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. *Estimation based on gas prices as of February 2020. 2. Commitment to safety measures The system is equipped with a dual monitoring system for gas concentration and ambient concentration within the device, as well as an immediate stop function and a safe exhaust function (patent pending), enabling safe and secure automatic operation of the gas generation device. 3. Reduced burden on operators Since gas can be generated simply by replenishing purified water, frequent cylinder changes, which have been a significant burden for operators, are no longer necessary.
