We would like to introduce a customization case of MOS requested by a packaging materials manufacturing and wholesale company. The combination of trays and lids was complex, leading to frequent ordering mistakes by customers. To address this, we established a related code item in the product master, implementing a feature that prompts the display of other related products when a related product is added to the cart.
