Implemented related product linking functionality! Introducing examples that have contributed to the reduction of order and delivery operations.
We would like to introduce a customization case of MOS requested by a packaging materials manufacturing and wholesale company. The combination of trays and lids was complex, leading to frequent ordering mistakes by customers. To address this, we established a related code item in the product master, implementing a feature that prompts the display of other related products when a related product is added to the cart. After implementation, related products are always displayed, significantly reducing ordering mistakes and easing the order management process. 【Case Study】 ■ Issue - The combination of trays and lids was complex, resulting in frequent ordering mistakes by customers. ■ Proposal - Established a related code item in the product master and implemented a feature that prompts the display of other related products when a related product is added to the cart. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Other Cases】 ■Issues - Although it is the same product, there was a need to differentiate the product descriptions based on the customer's industry. - Customers were unable to keep track of their inventory, leading to many customers placing excessive orders, which was not beneficial for them. ■Proposal - Establish multiple product description fields in the product master, linking them with the client code to provide differentiated product descriptions for each client. - Set lead times for each product. Implement a feature that displays a warning when an order is placed before the lead time (scheduled delivery date). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
