Before transportation begins, a dedicated basket loaded with raw materials is set into the impregnation tank. After starting, the pump reduces the internal air pressure of the impregnation tank, and once the target vacuum level is reached, the basket rotates while injecting the impregnation liquid. In some cases, pressure is applied during the impregnation process with the raw materials and impregnation liquid to increase the penetration rate of the impregnation liquid. After the impregnation process is complete, the impregnation liquid is returned to the storage tank, and the basket rotates to separate any excess impregnation liquid adhering to the surface of the raw materials at high speed.
