We develop and produce tools for mechanical scribing in-house. 【Other Features】 <Establishment of Processing Technology> ■ At our own factory (Iida Factory), we are advancing the automation of processing to produce tools with stable quality. <Verification of Prototypes> ■ Shapes and processing surfaces are checked at the micron level through SEM observation. ■ We also check whether all processed parts meet the targeted angles, lengths, and surface roughness. ■ Tests are conducted to verify the performance during actual cutting processes. ■ Test results are fed back into development to review shapes and processing methods, followed by further verification. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
