At Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd., we offer "progressive processing of bending and forming high-strength steel plates." When it comes to high-strength steel plates, concerns such as wrinkles, cracks, and springback arise compared to general materials. Even with 440MPa high-tensile steel plates, an increase in springback is expected compared to general materials, necessitating considerations for springback in the mold design.
