Additionally, our line process includes pickling. ＜Copper, nickel, and chrome plating＞ Uses copper sulfate and double nickel. It is ideal for exterior parts with high gloss and can be mass-produced.

In addition to the three mentioned above, we also perform the following processes: <Shot Blasting> Uniform and less uneven pearlescent treatment is possible. Oxide scale is removed using fine iron balls (the ejection speed, etc., can be adjusted). It can also accommodate large items. <Chemical Polishing> Since it does not use electricity, uniform polishing is possible. Corrosion resistance is improved, and it is effective for scale removal and burr removal. Fine and large lot products can be processed at low cost. <Passivation Treatment> It can be processed in conjunction with electrolytic polishing. A uniform film can be formed even on the details of stainless steel products (such as the inside of pipes). The passivation film (chromium oxide layer) enhances corrosion resistance.
