Metal foil etching heater: A heater etched in a circuit shape based on metal foils such as AL, SUS, and Cu combined with a film. 3. Flexible heater: A heater printed in a circuit shape with flexible metal paste on flexible materials such as elastomers and fabrics. By 3D molding these various planar heaters as needed, it is also possible to heat curved substrates.
