The workpiece is formed into a sheet using opposing 260mm rolls, and any shape can be cut using a die. The cut-out portions and scraps (the leftover parts) are separated on the underlay (on the conveyor belt). The dough (cut-out Shin powder) is transferred onto a drying mesh, and the scraps are collected.
