The "60/80/120/160/200/300/400 type" is a horizontal cooker that gelatinizes and pastes work materials (rice flour, mochi flour, corn flour, starch). Its main feature is the provision of a space (accumulation section) between the drum (steaming section) and the dual-axis kneading shaft (kneading section) to temporarily accumulate the work materials.
