The UV power unit is a power supply device for electronically controlled UV irradiation systems, outputting a stable rectangular wave (10,000Hz) using high-frequency technology. Due to high-speed IGBT switching technology, it allows for stepless dimming from 10% to 100%, enabling the formation of output curves during UV paint curing with multi-lamp UV irradiation systems. With a short startup time of 70 seconds or less and the ability to set the UV irradiation system to a standby state at 10% to 20% output during production line changeovers, it significantly reduces power consumption. By setting the voltage and current of the lamps used, automatic control suitable for those lamps can be achieved. Main features: ◆ Input voltage can be selected from 200V/400V/440V/480V (frequency is free) ◆ Compatible with domestic and overseas mercury lamps/metal halide lamps (Fe/Ga) ◆ Control output for dimming of blowers for cooling the UV irradiation system ◆ Compact design ◆ Plug-in communication with control devices
