The "Super Milkyu" allows for pre-mixed materials to be fed into the high-speed shaft of our Super Kneader, where they are instantaneously crushed and granulated. The resulting materials are then stirred and rolled in the low-speed section, producing soft, spherical granules with sharp edges and a narrow particle size distribution. Particle size adjustment can be easily achieved by using auxiliary screens and adjusting the rotation speeds of the high-speed and low-speed shafts.
