Good workability and low cost! Advanced water resistance, oil resistance, and gasoline resistance can be achieved.
"Metalock PH-50" is a primer adhesive used for vulcanized bonding between rubber and metals. Compared to conventional primers commonly used, the heat resistance of the bonded area is significantly improved, allowing for vulcanized bonding at temperatures above 200°C. For top coat adhesives, "Metalock G-25, F-116," etc., can be used, and good results can also be obtained for bonding nylon and ceramics with rubber. 【Features】 ■ Significantly improved heat resistance of the bonded area ■ Greatly enhanced high-temperature exposure resistance ■ Excellent water resistance, oil resistance, and gasoline resistance ■ Resistance to bending of metal parts is equivalent to that of conventional primers ■ Good workability and low cost ■ Low viscosity makes it easy to apply, requiring about half the amount of conventional products *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
