We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of our products to precision machining companies specializing in hydraulic equipment parts. The machining equipment is a multi-tasking machine capable of performing all processes, but due to strict requirements for end face dimple marks, we intentionally left some material for finishing in a later process. After the introduction of Dacon Anshin, the issue of dimple marks was resolved, allowing for complete processing and enabling process consolidation. Additionally, process consolidation led to increased productivity and improved profitability.
