We would like to introduce a case study for precision cutting processing of OA equipment parts by a machining contractor. With 13 NC automatic lathes, we are performing precision cutting of shaft components for OA equipment. However, when operating at night, the accumulation boxes would fill up, requiring the president to wake up in the middle of the night to change the boxes and raise the products for continuous operation. After using Dacon Anshin, we can automatically change the boxes, allowing for unmanned operation until morning.
