We would like to introduce a case study by TAAFU Corporation that improved the machining process of aircraft parts by significantly reducing cutting time. The improvement point was changing the cutting method to trochoidal machining, which greatly shortened the processing time. By reviewing the tool path, we also reduced non-cutting time. Additionally, we reviewed the tools, clamping methods, and jigs.
