The "PVI-500" is a device designed for high-speed and high-precision two-dimensional and three-dimensional appearance inspection of BGA/CSP/WLCSP. Two-dimensional appearance is inspected using CCD cameras from the top and bottom, while three-dimensional appearance is inspected using a non-scanning multi-beam confocal 3D sensor.
