We accept contract manufacturing of various original double torsion springs. Double torsion springs, also known as "double kick springs," come in various shapes depending on the installation method. A double torsion spring consists of two twisting coil springs combined together. If they act at the same angle, they can produce the force equivalent to two regular twisting coil springs. When using a single twisting coil spring, it is necessary to either increase the wire diameter to generate more force or increase the twisting angle, but this results in lower durability compared to double torsion springs. While it is possible to install two twisting coil springs, a double torsion spring that can handle the load with just one is more convenient to install. Additionally, stable installation is possible even without a guide rod, unlike twisting coil springs. Double torsion springs (return springs) used in automobile clutches are manufactured using special materials to ensure they do not break under repeated loads. Since machining can sometimes leave subtle scratches, they are still produced through semi-automatic hand processing by skilled craftsmen.
