The washing labels and woven labels are reliably picked up one by one. It is equipped with a function to shake off the labels vertically to prevent the suction of two thin labels. The pickup suction part has a built-in differential pressure sensor, which automatically repeats the suction if a mistake occurs. It transports the picked-up labels to a position that is easy for the sewing operator to access, and once the label is removed, it automatically starts picking up the next label. The label holder can be adjusted forward, backward, left, and right to accommodate various label sizes. Additionally, it is custom-designed for each sewing machine, allowing it to be compatible with any type of model.
