High-speed temperature control! The LD temperature reaches the target value in about 3 seconds thanks to a unique high-speed algorithm.
The "LD-FP05xxxx series" is a high-output LD driver (CW) for embedded devices. It drives high-output LDs from various manufacturers, starting with Anritsu's 500mW class LD, at a maximum of 2000mA. It provides high-stability output with less than ±0.05dB and high-stability wavelength output with less than ±20pm. Additionally, it can be controlled with an external voltage of 0 to 1.5V, and it outputs monitoring voltages for PD current and LD current, allowing for external monitoring of operating conditions. 【Features】 ■ High-output LD module ■ High-stability output power of less than ±0.05dB ■ High-stability wavelength of less than ±20pm ■ APC operation and ACC operation ■ Interlock input ■ Monitoring voltage output for Im(PD) current and IF(LD) current ■ +5V power supply *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
