At Ito Precision Tool Manufacturing, we have been providing "Inspection and Measurement Agency Services" for trading companies and engineers for many years. We have recently acquired the Keyence 3D scanner-type three-dimensional measuring machine "VL Series" and are conducting various inspection responses. This measuring machine can capture 16 million points of coordinates, enabling high-precision shape data acquisition for small measurement items and fine shapes that were previously unsuitable for conventional scanners. Furthermore, it automatically recognizes the size of the measurement items and performs fully automated scanning, allowing for inspection measurements. Additionally, it is possible to compare CAD data with the acquired shape data, enabling the identification of deviations from design values, as well as the assessment of OK/NG items and measuring shape changes before and after use. For example, during the production of prototypes (test work) for automobile and equipment development, it is possible to grasp changes and differences compared to design values.
