RPA [WinActor Implementation Case] Ryuo Town Hall Future Creation Division, Shiga Prefecture

At the town hall of Ryuo, located in the Koto region of Shiga Prefecture, there was a reality of handling a wide variety of tasks with a limited number of staff. In response, the Future Creation Division took the lead in aiming for efficiency in operations through RPA, with comprehensive support from Japan Software Development, covering everything from the introduction of 'WinActor' to robot development and operational support. As a result, compared to the work hours done solely by staff, an annual reduction effect of approximately 126 hours was achieved.
