Case Study - Practical Implementation of Anomaly Detection System To deepen the understanding of inference processing using machine learning, let's build an anomaly detection system using deep learning with audio data. System Overview We will construct an anomaly detection AI system using a CPU board (Raspberry Pi) as follows: - CPU board (Raspberry Pi) - USB microphone - FAN Implemented as a service on the cloud (GCP) 1. Acquisition of sensor data 2. Transmission of information obtained from the sensor 3. Execution of judgment processing - Obtain judgment results 4. Output of judgment results Construction Steps The system will be constructed following these steps: 1. Data collection for learning 2. Execution of learning processing 3. Application of the trained model 4. Execution of inference processing Although the configuration uses a cloud environment to simplify the exercise, it is also possible to execute learning and inference processing on a work PC using tools like ANACONDA. Instructor guidance via ZOOM is also available. (Paid service, 50,000 yen for 2 days per person)
