The "DN9810E Series" is a device that uses UTP cables to extend RS232C signals up to a maximum distance of 1.2 km. Connect the DN9810CE to the DCE side of the RS232C device and the DN9810TE to the DTE side for use in pairs. When switched to remote status display mode, the link status of the opposite side can be confirmed via the LED on the main unit.
