The "DN9820E series" is a product that modulates RS232C signals to enable long-distance transmission via optical fiber. By utilizing optical fiber, it avoids issues caused by noise and lightning strikes. It supports H-PCF, MMF, and SMF, allowing for optical transmission over distances of up to 40 km. Additionally, by using switch settings, control signals can be internally looped back to disable handshaking.
