Automatic Cutting Fluid Supply Device 【HCS-100 Type Automatic Cutting Fluid Replenishment Device】
U.ENG manufactured HCS-100 type hybrid cutting fluid automatic supply device
The HCS-100 type automatic coolant replenishment system will enable the Japanese parts processing industry to achieve costs that are significantly on par with those of emerging countries.
Introducing a powerful equipment that supports Japan's parts processing industry, renowned for its processing precision: the U.ENG HCS-100 Hybrid Cutting Fluid Automatic Replenishment System. This "hybrid cutting fluid," which combines the properties of water-soluble and oil-based cutting oils, eliminates most of the drawbacks of both, allowing users to generate a dream-like cutting fluid that exhibits only the advantages. It replaces the conventional cutting fluid made of 10% cutting oil and 90% tap water with a 100% cutting fluid that performs better than ever before. Benefits include extended tool life, reduced processing time, no foam generation, no rust formation, no need for additional fluid, and no replenishment work for operators. Average tank capacity: 300L, dilution ratio: 20 times, number of tanks: 20. The annual cost difference between conventional equipment and the HCS-100 is a reduction of 5.5 million yen, totaling a 16.6 million yen reduction over three years. All manual replenishment work, new fluid, and additional fluid costs are eliminated. We also assist with the application procedures for 1/2 and 2/3 subsidies for eligible companies. For more detailed information, please contact U.ENG. We look forward to seeing further development in Japan's parts processing industry through cost reductions with this cutting fluid.

Applications/Examples of results
Number of machines: Approximately 10 to 30 units per machine. Interlocks with the cutting tanks on each machine side are not required, as the tanks will automatically refill based on the upper and lower liquid levels. Approximately 10 cutting tanks on the machine side will be grouped into one block, and each tank will be connected with a connecting pipe for liquid level management. The supply piping to each cutting tank on the machine side can be extended and connected sequentially.

For the metal processing industry, reducing processing costs, minimizing the occurrence of defective parts, and increasing machine operating rates are important challenges. In particular, the chips that accumulate at the bottom of water-soluble cutting fluid tanks are sucked up by pumps, causing pipe blockages, defective products, tool breakage, and decreased machine operating rates. Additionally, the lubricating oil, fine chips, and sludge that float on the surface of the tank can cause the cutting fluid to deteriorate due to bacterial decay and unpleasant odors, drastically reducing its lifespan and increasing processing costs. Our company has been addressing these issues for many years. Users want to collect not only the sludge that accumulates at the bottom of the tank but also the floating sludge. There are complaints about the dewatering of the sludge. Users are troubled by uneven dewatering on the top and bottom surfaces of the recovery basket. Cleaning the basket inside the main unit after sludge recovery is very inconvenient. The FD-1 type sludge cleaner is a product equipped with excellent functions that solve all of these problems, which are not found in conventional products. We highly recommend that you confirm its performance with a demonstration unit.
