A must-see for those struggling with surface treatment methods! Introducing the eye-opening "Laser Marker Removal Processing Method"! Cost reduction, labor saving, and quality assurance possible!
We are offering a free booklet titled "Eye-Opening! Laser Masking Processing Without Masking Tape!" which condenses our company's extensive knowledge and explanations about laser masking processing, built on years of experience. Traditionally, surface treatments such as painting, plating, and anodizing involve a masking process. When processing with a laser marker, surface treatment can be performed without masking, and the laser marker can remove paint or other materials from areas where adhesion is not desired. This process consists of just this one step, leading to cost reduction due to the absence of masking tape, and allows for the removal of intricate shapes that cannot be replicated with tape. Additionally, positional accuracy can be managed easily with general intersection processing. **Features** - No use of masking tape - Removal of intricate shapes that cannot be replicated with tape is possible - Positional accuracy can be managed easily with general intersection processing - Capable of processing various shapes from flat to three-dimensional - Flexible processing support from prototypes to large lots *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Our company uses YVO4 laser and fiber laser markers to perform engraving on metals and resins, anodizing, plating, paint stripping, circuit pattern roughening, earth cutting, flash burr removal, and coloring processing, among other tasks. The materials we handle include metals such as aluminum and stainless steel, general resins, ceramics, LCP resins, and substrates. With our uniquely programmed equipment, we can achieve high precision in the movement of the XYZ table and rotation calculations using servo motors, allowing us to process a large number of small parts simultaneously, as well as cylindrical parts up to about Φ250, accommodating various lot sizes. Additionally, leveraging the technology developed through years of optical component processing, we also perform high-precision screen printing and pad printing.
