PHORCE USB3.0 PCIe Optical Extender
USB Vision Camera Compatible USB 3.0 Optical Transmission Extender PHORCE The PHORCE series is designed to extend the transmission distance of SuperSpeed USB 3.0 connections, which typically reaches 3 meters with copper cables. A major feature of the PHORCE series is its ease of use for anyone. Connected remote USB devices are displayed as local devices on the host PC. The PHORCE system consists of a PHORCE-PC card that plugs into the PCIe slot of the host computer and a PHORCE-RE Box that has two USB 3.0 ports on the remote side for connecting USB devices. The remote side USB ports comply with the USB 3.0 specification and are backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices and platforms. Additionally, PHORCE supports USB Vision compliant cameras for machine vision applications.
