PHORCE Standalone USB 3.1/3.0 Optical Extender
The PHORCE series is designed to extend the connection of SuperSpeed USB 3.0 beyond the typical transmission distance of 3 meters for standard copper cables. The PHORCE standalone consists of two modules: a PC module that connects directly to the USB 3.1/3.0 port of a host such as a PC, and a remote module that connects to the user's camera, external hard drive, control panel, and other USB 3.1/3.0 compatible devices. By setting up fiber optics between the PC and the remote module, PHORCE can achieve a transmission distance of 300 meters with either single-mode or multi-mode fiber.
