The "KAR-□80□" is a pointer-type analog meter. The meter relay consists of a detection part, an indication part, an amplification part, and a relay part. A combination of a light-emitting diode and a phototransistor is applied in the detection part to utilize a contactless method. Since there are no contact points when the pointer passes, it is not affected by external vibrations or shocks, and stable operation is possible using high-reliability electronic circuit components.
