Our company is the manufacturer of the three-axis screw counter-type crusher "Marine." It uniformly crushes difficult-to-process combustible materials to the end, thanks to the screw counter-type crushing principle that was not present in conventional crushers. By the way, what do you think is the most appreciated aspect of our crushers by our customers? The answer is actually the speed of our response to unexpected breakdowns. While it is ideal for any machine not to break down, breakdowns are unavoidable as they are machines. However, costs are incurred even while the machine is stopped for repairs. We have considered this: the greatest service for our customers is to "respond quickly to unexpected breakdowns and minimize the time the machine is out of operation." Additionally, to ensure the smooth operation of the crushers and prevent unexpected breakdowns, we always strive to keep in touch with our customers to understand the condition of the crushers. Thanks to this, our crushers have a long lifespan. At a certain plywood manufacturer, they have been crushing raw wood for boiler fuel, and since their introduction in 1990, they have operated for over 88,000 hours (as of April 2005, approximately 6,000 hours per year). Furthermore, a crusher that has been in operation for 15 years was resold, serviced by our company, and is now performing well at another customer's site.
