Introducing "magnetization," which involves applying magnetism to a permanent magnet that is not magnetized!
The permanent magnet after molding is not yet magnetized. The process of applying magnetism to this unmagnetized permanent magnet is called "magnetization." The strength of the magnetic field required for this magnetization varies depending on the characteristics of the magnetic material. Magnetic materials have a limit, known as the saturation point, beyond which the magnetic force does not increase, regardless of how strong the magnetic field applied is. The process of magnetizing up to this saturation point is referred to as "saturation magnetization." Magnetization devices must be capable of performing appropriate "saturation magnetization." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
