Our company is developing a warm dry drawing and forging process for stainless steel plates using ceramics. In the manufacturing of automotive engine parts targeted by this project, machining is currently being used, but it has poor material yield, a high number of processes, and consequently high costs. There is a demand to switch to press processing to reduce costs. Therefore, we will change the material of the parts to stainless steel and achieve shaping through press processing, aiming to improve material yield and reduce processing costs.
