The "Spotlight 400" is an IR imaging system capable of measuring down to a low wavenumber of 650 cm^-1 (during transmission and reflection measurements). The point measurement and imaging measurement modes are transmission/reflection/ATR. The imaging area can be arbitrarily set within a range of 100 μm × 100 μm to 50 mm × 50 mm.
