We will introduce a case where electrolyzed water was implemented in a comprehensive facility featuring American-style farms, wineries, and restaurants. Under the current Agricultural Land Act, restaurants cannot be established on agricultural land; however, a winery restaurant was realized after receiving certification as a "National Strategic Special Zone." Additionally, with financing, the "ESS-ZEROIII" and "@Disinfection PREMIUM Hand Wash" were introduced and are being used for cleaning the winery and inside the restaurant.
