Just by reviewing the cushioning material, transportation efficiency increases by 25%! Leave the transport packaging to us.
We received an inquiry from a customer asking if we could design cushioning material to hold four tools in one layer. We would like to introduce a case study of the cushioning material we designed and manufactured for wire tools' transport boxes. Initially, we proposed a prototype, but we also suggested another packaging concept (2) as an alternative. Compared to concept (1), this concept (2) improves storage efficiency and enhances workability, allowing for greater overall cost reduction in logistics. At first glance, it may seem that the products being packaged could move within the transport box during transit and cause damage. However, since the strength of the work itself is high and the structure does not allow the works to collide with each other, this concern is unfounded. [Case Overview] ■ Size: W400mm × D300mm × H200mm ■ Additional Function: Streamlining logistics and saving space ■ Material: Low-foamed polyethylene sheet ■ Industry: Manufacturing ■ Product Category: Transport box *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Whether it is [one-way] or [commuting], whether cushioning is necessary, and the effects of static electricity... the optimal materials vary depending on the contents. We will propose improvements to the packaging format for the 2024 issue. Tohoku Ueno Co., Ltd. will utilize the many packaging examples we have cultivated so far and various new materials developed in recent years to solve environmental issues, offering the best combinations. We will consider all aspects, including cost, material selection, processing methods, and environmental factors, to meet our customers' needs. We will conduct drop tests using the drop tester from Ransomont, analyze the shock waveforms with test partners, and propose optimal cushioning packaging designs.
