Cutting fluid (coolant) device, floating oil recovery device, AP-6P type
U.ENG manufactured compact type AP-6PD floating [oil, sludge, foam] recovery device
Ultra-compact installation on the tank with a float suction type! The top of the tank is pure white! Prevents bad odors from cutting fluids and cleaning liquids, extending their lifespan!
The "U-Clean AP-6P type" is a floating oil recovery device that powerfully sucks up floating oil, sludge, and foam with its strong vacuum capability. The high pressure in the separation tank significantly reduces the water content of waste oil (coolant liquid) to levels that were impossible with conventional products. It features an extremely low price with a simple structure that has no pump failures at all. 【Features】 ■ Uses an air pump with no mechanical movement, preventing sludge clogging ■ Efficiently and powerfully vacuums floating oil, sludge, and foam ■ Easily sucks up foam with strong vacuum power and converts it into droplets in the separation tank ■ Easily discharges sludge with a sludge scraping shovel → no need for tank cleaning ■ Completely free of special maintenance parts and consumables *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
What is a floating oil recovery device? Introducing a "floating oil recovery device" that is currently available on the market without proper consideration can lead to unexpected failures. 1. It is difficult to clean the sludge that frequently accumulates in the oil-water separation tank, even if you want to. 2. A large amount of cutting fluid mixes into the oil recovery bucket, leading to increased disposal costs. 3. Bag filters and suction strainers become clogged, reducing suction capacity and making maintenance inconvenient. 4. Wear and tear on diaphragm pump components requires replacement, which is troublesome. U.ENG's floating oil recovery device: 1. While diaphragm pumps malfunction with sludge of 1-2mm or more, our air pump can handle sludge passing through at 5-8mm, eliminating the need for bag filters and suction filters. Regular cleaning of the tank is unnecessary. Sludge is directly sent into the tank, pressurized, settled within the tank, and can be easily removed with the included shovel and discharged into the sludge box. 2. By adopting an air pump that uses compressed air for vacuum suction, we send discharge pressure to the oil-water separation tank, forcibly breaking down the bubbles generated in the tank, allowing for a smaller tank size and reducing the moisture content (cutting fluid contamination) in the waste oil to nearly 0%.

For the metal processing industry, reducing processing costs, minimizing the occurrence of defective parts, and increasing machine operating rates are important challenges. In particular, the chips that accumulate at the bottom of water-soluble cutting fluid tanks are sucked up by pumps, causing pipe blockages, defective products, tool breakage, and decreased machine operating rates. Additionally, the lubricating oil, fine chips, and sludge that float on the surface of the tank can cause the cutting fluid to deteriorate due to bacterial decay and unpleasant odors, drastically reducing its lifespan and increasing processing costs. Our company has been addressing these issues for many years. Users want to collect not only the sludge that accumulates at the bottom of the tank but also the floating sludge. There are complaints about the dewatering of the sludge. Users are troubled by uneven dewatering on the top and bottom surfaces of the recovery basket. Cleaning the basket inside the main unit after sludge recovery is very inconvenient. The FD-1 type sludge cleaner is a product equipped with excellent functions that solve all of these problems, which are not found in conventional products. We highly recommend that you confirm its performance with a demonstration unit.
