[ Challenges of Conventional Technology ] The product features a curled arm shape inside the hole at its center, requiring the insertion of a fine mold into the hole for molding and high-precision processing. Traditionally, even the design and manufacturing of progressive molds were impossible. [ Achievements by JKB ] Through the design and manufacturing of fine molds, we successfully processed a curled arm shape inside the hole at the center of the product using progressive pressing, and furthermore, we achieved a bending rate tolerance of ±30μm for the curled shape of the arm.
