We would like to introduce the equipment owned by Saitetsu Co., Ltd. We used to create jigs for each part and set conditions, but now we can set conditions based solely on materials and thickness. Most importantly, we can easily achieve welding quality and appearance quality, which is why we introduced the "Table Spot Welder" in February 2019. This equipment uses high-speed welding technology, resulting in minimal burn and spot marks compared to conventional table spot welding, and it can reduce surface wrinkles and distortions.
