The material thickness can be formed from approximately 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm! Leave the processing to us!
We would like to introduce the "vacuum forming" conducted by Aikawa Synthetic Resin Industry. This technology is a unique molding method that does not allow other molding methods to catch up, based on two points: cost and mass production. Thermoplastic resin sheets or films are heated to soften, then adhered to a mold by the operation of a vacuum device, and subsequently cooled and solidified to detach from the mold. 【Main thermoplastic resins (partial list)】 ■PS ■PP ■PVC ■PET ■PC, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Processing Method】 1. Heat and soften the plastic sheet (thermoplastic resin). 2. Raise the mold, and using a vacuum pump, exhaust the air trapped between the sheet and the mold surface through the vacuum holes in the mold to adhere the sheet to the mold. 3. After cooling and solidifying with an air spray, lower the mold and release it. 4. Set in a cutting die and press with a cutting machine for trimming. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
