『UCA-T400改型』は、アルミ板、銅板用切断機として 切断スピードと切断面重視を主眼に設計製作された直角専用切断機です。 アルミ板、ブスバー、平角棒、真鍮板を高速にバリや曲がり無く高速に切断します。 ■UCA-400改 切断能力： 高さ30mm×幅400ｍｍ ■丸ノコ：355mm ■モーター：5.5ｋｗ ■刃物走行：ボールねじ送り方式 刃物はアルミ板用に設計された専用チップソーを採用し切断時ワークの噛みこみの無い、安定した切断が可能です。 刃物軸走行部は研磨仕上げを行った精密丸シャフトに 硬質クロームメッキを施し、 長期間にわたって軽快、正確な切断作業を行うことが出来ます。 また、切断切粉は別置き簡易集塵機により回収されます。（集塵機はオプション） 高さ30mm×幅250ｍｍ仕様タイプ（UCA-250改）も製作出来ます。 【特長】 ■操作は電気的に行い連動運転と単動運転が可能 ・連動運転は材料クランプ→切断→材料放しを1工程で行う ・単動運転はそれぞれの動作を単独で行う。
